Musing
Life is transient.

Here one moment, gone the next.

Would anyone mourn for me when I am gone?

Would anyone still remember me in 10 years time? 20 years time?

If someone did, what would be the memories? The good? Or the bad?

I wonder.

A Burst of Creativity...
... is something I need desperately.

We've decided to go to Fairy's Inc to custom-make the wedding bands, and now we've been tasked to do our homework, to come up with our own ideas for the design before we go back to them for the next appointment. (Btw, Minou, Evelyn said to tell you and k3 hi. ;) )

The fussy one wants a design unique to the two of us. So now we're cracking our heads for something unique. Or rather, I'm cracking my head over it while he's cracking his head over workworkandmoreworkproblems.

I hope I can come up with something unique and meaningful to the two of us.

What's with the rain?
It's popsicle time.

Recently I discovered a disturbing trend: every time I make plans to go to the data centre, it will definitely RAIN.

And rain heavily.

Like now.

For those lucky souls who have never and who will never step into a data centre, it is an enclosed area where cold air blows from the top, from the ground, from everywhere, to prevent the numerous servers residing there from overheating. Even on ultra hot days, it is freezing inside. Add cold external weather to the equation, and it becomes unbearably cold.

And also, freezing fingers + electronic equipment = major Ouch!
Try touching electronic equipment with very cold hands. You might just get what I mean.

I hate the data centre.
