Romantica
In less than 2 weeks, my status will officially change from single to married. So i thought I will list down the things that I cannot do from now on.
1) Pick up good looking men. I don't think my hubby will allow this. He's sure to kick up a big fuss! Darn, this is one aspect that I will miss dearly~ Not that I picked up any men recently in the last....errr...9 years...errr Hey~ It's not an option now!
2) Go shopping with my girlfriends. He will be sure to restrict my shopping times! I can't call my best buddies on the spur of the moment and go on a shopping spree anymore. If he dares to restrict me, I will give him a piece of my mind! I will tell him, getting married does not mean I have to obey his every word! I am still an independent woman who will not kowtow to her busband! But my darling dear will never restrict me~ In fact, he just wants to know what time I will go home. Which makes the above kinda irrelevent which...errr.... Nevermind. Next!
3) I will not be able to...to...to...
On to the next topic!

What's with pots of flowers? Recently The Boyfriend made me really hurt and angry. He admits it's his fault and all and to atone, he had flowers sent to my office. It was really beautiful, 24 roses in red, yellow, pink and peach all arranged in a POT. When I received it, I asked him why in a pot? His answer was that it saved me the trouble of looking for a vase to put a bouquet of flowers in it. Okaye~ It really took out a lot of romance.
And today, a colleague received 2 deliveries of flowers today. It's her birthday and all so it's no surprise that someone would send flowers to her. One was a bouquet of tulips and something else. I dunno what the other flowers were so I can't tell you their name even if you hold a gun to my head. The other was a pot of flowers. See, a pot again. What's up with pots? To all guys out there, pots are NOT romantic. A girl wants flowers because of the romance that is linked to a bouquet. A pot spells "Practical", with a capital "P".
The mooncake festival is approaching. Eating mooncake time~ I love mooncakes, in moderation. Too much and I will run for the hills. But with all the recent innovation of durian mooncakes, snowskin with truffle something something, mooncakes are really different now. My gaming buddies are organising a mooncake outing, where we will sit around, eating mooncakes, drinking tea and talking rubbish. I think they love to gather, and sit around and talk rubbish. I've been meeting them every week now. They are such fun people to be with! All those talk about people who play games are usually quiet and anti-social, I think my gaming buddies have proven them wrong! Cheers for Dagonnex, Davienne, Elyxia, Hevun, Khallrik, Morte, Sheylara, Silvermist and Suvena! I amd not forgetting you Talin, just waiting for the promised trip to Bali/Genting/KL, clubbing/pubbing/ktv, dinner/drinks etc etc before I forgive you.
