I just got a haircut.

After 3 years of heavily abusing my poor tresses with rebonding, dyeing and bleaching, my hair looks like some avian species' nest.
So I hardened my heart and went to the hairdresser to lop it off.
He did a good job, I must say, although he did take quite long to cut my hair. I sat there for a good hour or so. He even apologised to me for the long haircut.
He cut off the horrible dried ends and layered my hair. After he finished with flat ironing my hair, I thought I looked cute.
Shorter hair means hair that is easier to wash, easier to dry...good move in my opinion.
But after the first shower, and I washed my hair....

I hate my natural curls.

Why is it that people with naturally super straight hair wants curls and people like me, who have naturally curly hair want bone straight hair?

The Husband is the only person to see the before curly and after curly version. So naturally, I had to ask him.

"Dear, straight hair prettier or curly hair prettier?"

"Err...both also nice." (he learns fast)

"But which one nicer?"

"Straight hair look younger."

That's it. I'm rebonding my hair.
