It's a Sick Sick World
The last two days of the year and I fall sick. 
I make a very bad patient because I will laze around on the bed and whine. And feel sorry for myself and turn into a monster that needs pampering constantly. So pity The Husband. He had to pander to my every whim and demand.
My sick days will only look like this : wake up, eat, take medicine and sleep.  And the cycle continues.
There are those people who are sick and can continue their normal routine without any hitch. They can go out, hang around with friends, work, play, do anything under the sun and not complain at all.
I am definitely not in this category. When I am sick, I want the whole world to know. Thus this blog. ;)
This time of the year, seems like a lot of people are falling sick. A sweet colleague fell so sick she did not turn up for work for three days. I'm not too sure if she turned up on the fourth day coz that's when I fell sick and did not go to work.
Talin, Davienne, Silvermist, Morte and Flowerpot are all sick too.
Anyway, start to the new year and what else must we do but celebrate another birthday?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY HEVUN!!! 
Although his birthday is on the 3rd, no harm wishing him early, ya?
So as usual, we are meeting up to eat and drink and be merry tonight. A very very good thing that tomorrow's a public holiday and the whole of Studygroup is not working.
The Husband still thought he was working tomorrow until I told him otherwise, then he perked up considerably. He, of the super short term memory.
I can tell him something now and five minutes later he would swear that I never said anything. But nevermind, I love him anyway. 
Awww... get well soon. It's sweet of you two to meet us last night even though you were so sick! /hug
