I can't believe how vain I have become!
I used to pride myself on being the girl that could prepare faster than The Chosen One....
Now he has to wait one hour for me to finish my beauty regime.
I used to be able to leave the house in no makeup....
Now I make sure I at least cover my dark eye circles, have a layer of loose powder and blusher before I step out of the house.
Now, even going to the office will result in about 20 minutes of primping in front of the mirror.
The basics of concealer, powder, blusher and mascara must be covered and if time permits, simple black eyeliner.
If I am going out, eye shadows will make an appearance.
I have a facial appointment every month, and every other month, I will get my beautician to perm my eyelashes.
Well, I prefer perming my eyelashes as it saves me time from curling them every morning. Especially since they won't stay curled and straightens out by mid-day.
I have tons of beauty products now. The basics of cleanser and moisturizers and loads of other additionals that result in me putting a ton of things at night before bed.
I have to admit, I am becoming vainer and vainer.
I think all the preparation for my wedding has actually turn me into not exactly Ms High Maintenance, but Ms Reaching for High Maintenance.
