Skincare
Physiodermie products I got from my skincare consultant.

Makeup
Base : Revue Still Keep Fix Makeup Base for shine control and Paul & Joe Primer N (I think).
Concealer : Kesalan Patharan liquid concealer.
Loose powder : Chacott and Ettusais Day Protection Powder (both keep my face feeling smooth and silky).
Eyeliner : Kate Gel Liner and MAC fluidline.
Mascara : Mabelline Lash Discovery (however it does not hold the curls >__<) and Majolica Majorca 15X Lash Expander.
Blusher : Gransenbon blushers, Jill Stuart blushers, Benefit Dandelion and Benefit Benetint.

I can't believe how vain I have become!
I used to pride myself on being the girl that could prepare faster than The Chosen One....
Now he has to wait one hour for me to finish my beauty regime.
I used to be able to leave the house in no makeup....
Now I make sure I at least cover my dark eye circles, have a layer of loose powder and blusher before I step out of the house.
Now, even going to the office will result in about 20 minutes of primping in front of the mirror.
The basics of concealer, powder, blusher and mascara must be covered and if time permits, simple black eyeliner.
If I am going out, eye shadows will make an appearance.
I have a facial appointment every month, and every other month, I will get my beautician to perm my eyelashes.
Well, I prefer perming my eyelashes as it saves me time from curling them every morning. Especially since they won't stay curled and straightens out by mid-day.
I have tons of beauty products now. The basics of cleanser and moisturizers and loads of other additionals that result in me putting a ton of things at night before bed.
I have to admit, I am becoming vainer and vainer.
I think all the preparation for my wedding has actually turn me into not exactly Ms High Maintenance, but Ms Reaching for High Maintenance.
National Day
It's the nation birthday today!
So I suppose I should write something patriotic and nation loving.
However....
I seem to have forgotten about our all important day. The only thing on my mind was: Finally! A public holiday! Can sleep late! Yipee!
I did not wear red and white too. When I picked the clothes I wanted to wear yesterday and today, it did not even cross my mind to wear some variation of red and white.
I didn't even watch the National Day Parade on Tee Vee.
But I think I did one patriotic act on my nation's birthday!
I participated in the nation's favourite past-time: Shopping. =p
Truthfully, it was because we are going to celebrate Starr's first birthday this Saturday (3 weeks early) and I needed to get her birthday present.
Her actual birthday falls on the 7th Lunar Month and my parents-in-law did not want to hold a joyous occasion on that particular month.
We did manage to get Starr's present...but on the way I also picked up cosmetics (MAC Rushmetal - Revved Up), a pink towel hairband from the cute shop that sells this seal like thing and strawberry shaped stuff at exorbitant prices, false eye lashes from The Face Shop and a top from Forever 21. I'm hopeless, I know.
The Chosen One spent over a hundred at River Island after being tempted by their sales items.
And I ran into Wen!
I think she's not very patriotic either coz she did not wear red and white.
But then again she was working...why her company not patriotic and make all employees wear red and white? And how come need to work on National Day!
She said I just missed Qiao Yun and the rest (not sure how many "the rest" did I miss though).
Bah, we should all arrange an outing soon!!!
Saturday Blues
I am stuck indoors on a Saturday...doing work from the office.
Blah.
And it's boring, rinse and repeat work.
And it has to be done over the internet.
